Partner Program Terms
These Partner Program Terms (the “Terms”) govern participation in the referral partner network operated by iFOAM of Northwest Arkansas (“iFOAM NWA,” “we,” “us”). By submitting an application at ifoamnwa.partners you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit an application.
1. Who can participate
The program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and to businesses in good standing. Participation is subject to our approval, which we may grant or decline at our discretion. Employees of iFOAM of Northwest Arkansas and their immediate household members are not eligible to earn referral compensation.
2. Applying is not acceptance
Submitting an application does not create a partnership. You become a partner only when we confirm your acceptance in writing and issue you a referral code. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or exclusive relationship between you and iFOAM NWA. You are an independent party and may not represent yourself as an employee or agent of iFOAM NWA, or make commitments on our behalf.
3. What counts as a qualified referral
A referral qualifies for compensation only if all of these are true:
- You submitted the prospect's name and contact details using your referral code, or the prospect identified you by name at first contact.
- The prospect consented to being contacted by iFOAM NWA about insulation services.
- The prospect was not already an active customer, an open lead in our system, or previously referred by another partner within the preceding 90 days.
- The project is located within our Northwest Arkansas service area.
- The work is completed by iFOAM NWA and paid for in full by the customer.
Where two partners refer the same prospect, the first referral received in our system controls. We will tell you promptly if a referral you submit is a duplicate.
4. Referral compensation
Your compensation rate or amount is set out in the written confirmation we send when your application is approved. Compensation is earned only on completed and fully paid jobs, and is issued on the payout cycle following the customer’s final payment. If a customer cancels, refunds, or charges back a job after compensation has been paid, we may recover the corresponding amount from future payments.
We may change compensation rates prospectively with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes never affect referrals already submitted. You are responsible for all taxes on amounts you receive. If you are paid $600 or more in a calendar year, U.S. tax reporting may apply and we will request a completed Form W-9 before issuing payment.
5. How you may promote iFOAM NWA
- Be truthful. Do not make guarantees about price, R-value, energy savings, timelines, or warranty coverage that we have not put in writing.
- Disclose the relationship. If you publicly recommend iFOAM NWA and stand to be compensated, disclose it clearly — this is required by the FTC Endorsement Guides.
- Get consent before sharing someone's contact information with us. Do not submit a name from a purchased list.
- No spam. Do not send unsolicited bulk email, texts, or automated calls promoting iFOAM NWA, and do not use robocalls or autodialers to generate referrals.
- No misuse of our brand. Use the iFOAM name, logo, and materials only as we provide them, and do not bid on iFOAM trademarks in paid search or register confusingly similar domains or social handles.
- No self-dealing. You may not submit yourself, a business you own, or an immediate family member as a referral without telling us first.
6. Confidentiality
Pricing, compensation terms, customer information, and any materials we mark confidential are confidential. Use them only to participate in the program, and do not disclose them to third parties.
7. Ending your participation
Either of us may end your participation at any time, for any reason, with written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately — including forfeiting unpaid compensation — for fraud, misrepresentation, spam, or a material breach of these Terms. If participation ends without cause, we will pay compensation earned on qualified referrals submitted before the end date, once those jobs complete and are paid.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The program is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any level of referral volume, conversion, or earnings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iFOAM NWA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability relating to the program will not exceed the total referral compensation paid to you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date and, where we have your email, sent to you. Continuing to submit referrals after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Benton County, Arkansas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of the program.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what iFOAM of Northwest Arkansas collects through ifoamnwa.partners, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us on the application form: your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, city, website, partner category, project focus, expected referral volume, how you heard about us, event or referral source, and anything you write in the notes field.
- Your consent record: whether you accepted these Terms and whether you opted in to marketing messages, along with the date and time.
- Limited technical information: the date and time of submission, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address used for abuse prevention. We do not store your raw IP address with your application.
- Referral information you submit later: the name and contact details of prospects you refer, which you must have their permission to share.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not collect payment card numbers, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information through this site.
How we use it
- To review your application and contact you about it.
- To administer the partner program: issuing your referral code, tracking qualified referrals, and paying you.
- To contact prospects you refer about insulation services.
- To send you partner updates and marketing, but only if you opted in.
- To detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of the application form.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the program, and only as needed to do so. Today those are our website and form hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and our accounting and payment providers. Each is bound to use the information only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
How long we keep it
We keep applications that are not approved for up to 24 months, in case you reapply or we open a category later. We keep active partner records for as long as you participate, and for up to seven years afterward where required for tax and accounting purposes. You may ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices and rights
- Access or correct: ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to fix it.
- Delete: ask us to delete your application and partner record, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Withdraw marketing consent: unsubscribe from any marketing email, reply STOP to any marketing text, or email us.
- Withdraw from the program: tell us and we will close your partner record.
Email partners@ifoamnwa.com to exercise any of these. We respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We use privacy-preserving, aggregate traffic analytics provided by our hosting platform, which does not use cookies or build a profile of you. If a link brings you here with a campaign or event tag in the URL, we record that tag with your application so we know which event or partner sent you.
Security
Applications are transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to application data to the people who need it to run the program.

Email & SMS Communications
Transactional messages. When you apply, we will contact you about your application and, if you are approved, about your referrals and payments. These are necessary to run the program and are not marketing.
Marketing messages. We send partner promotions and marketing only to people who checked the optional marketing box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any marketing text to opt out, or HELP for help. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about your referrals.
We never share your phone number or mobile opt-in with third parties for their marketing.
